Kingfisher Video Studio processes all your video files locally on your macOS device. We do not upload, store, or analyze your video content on our servers.

2. Data Collection

• Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely for sending you updates about new releases.
• Telemetry & Crash Reports: As this is an alpha version, the app may optionally collect anonymous crash logs and basic usage statistics to help us improve. This data cannot be traced back to you and can be disabled in settings.

3. Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your email address. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves from alpha to stable release. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or via the newsletter.
