End User License Agreement (EULA) - Alpha Version

1. Alpha Software

You are using an early alpha version of Kingfisher Video Studio. The software is provided "AS IS" and is still in active development. It may contain bugs, errors, and in rare cases, may cause application or system instability.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial video editing purposes on your macOS device.

3. Restrictions

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, distribute, or sell the software without our explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Kingfisher Video Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or video projects) resulting from the use or inability to use the software. You use it at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up your files and projects regularly.

5. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide during the alpha phase may be used by us to improve the software without any financial or ownership obligations to you.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time. The license for the alpha version will automatically expire upon the release of an official stable version, which will be subject to a separate license agreement.
